These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all business relationships between Fdgjuue GmbH (hereinafter "Provider") and the user (hereinafter "User") in the version valid at the time of the order.
2. Contract Formation
The presentation of our services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an offer. By submitting an inquiry form, the user makes a binding offer. The contract is only concluded with our written confirmation or by actual provision of the service.

Fdgjuue GmbH offers information and consulting services in the field of regional development and funding programs. The exact scope of services is determined by the respective service description.
4. User Obligations
The user agrees to: • Provide truthful and complete information • Keep access data confidential • Not use the website for illegal purposes • Not upload content that violates applicable law • Respect our intellectual property
5. Liability
We are fully liable for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health as well as for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Otherwise, we are only liable for breach of material contractual obligations. In this case, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.

8. Changes to T&C

If any provision of these T&C is or becomes invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Berlin, provided the user is a merchant, legal entity under public law, or special fund under public law.
